History

PCCompany, LLC was formed in 1996 and became a Limited Liability Company in 2005. It evolved from W. A. Patterson Roofing Company, a family owned business formed in 1953 which specialized in slate, concrete tile, EPDM single ply, architectural standing seam, copper, terne coated tin and stainless steel types of roofing for residential and commercial projects.

A second generation of family involvement moved the Company toward general contracting and roof consulting. A practical hand on experience combined with an engineering background provides our Company with a unique perspective into the design and management of construction projects. Past projects consist of the design and construction of vacation homes, renovation of historically significant buildings, commercial tenant up fits, EIFS renovation, mold remediation, and roof consulting for commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Our mission is to satisfy the needs of our customers by providing innovative, experienced and high quality construction services on time and within our customer's budget and expectations. Our goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients based on the premises of honesty, integrity and trust.
